On 29 August, we invite you to gather under the golden lights of the Stables Café, where tables will be set for an evening that tells a story — of fine wagyu beef, bold boutique wines, and the people behind them.
Ryan Jeffries, the man who raises Cradle Wagyu cattle with patience and pride, will be there to share how real Wagyu is more than marbling — it’s a craft.
And from the Southernmost tip of Africa, the Lost Boy himself, Trevor DeRuisé, sends us his cool-climate wines — small-batch treasures shaped by sea breeze and mountain air.
