Ryan Jeffries, the man who raises Cradle Wagyu cattle with patience and pride, will be there to share how real Wagyu is more than marbling — it’s a craft.

And from the Southernmost tip of Africa, the Lost Boy himself, Trevor DeRuisé, sends us his cool-climate wines — small-batch treasures shaped by sea breeze and mountain air.
