Join us for an unforgettable culinary journey featuring Cradle Wagyu’s finest beef and Lost Boy Wines, a small-batch cool-climate estate rooted in the southernmost tip of Africa.
The Menu:
- Wagyu Carpaccio with fresh herbs & black garlic pannacotta
- Wagyu Tartar with salt-cured egg yolk, crispy leeks & sourdough toast
- Steak Frites – sirloin strips with waffle fries in wagyu tallow & wagyu fat béarnaise
- Surf & Turf – wagyu sirloin with tempura prawn, fresh herbs & chilli garlic butter
- Vanilla pannacotta with whiskey-maple gel & cinnamon wagyu fat biscuit
Each course is served with handpicked Lost Boy Wines by Trevor DeRuisé – cool-climate, boutique wines full of soul and story. Special guest Ryan Jeffries, breeder at Cradle Wagyu, will share insider tales of the beef behind the brilliance.
